1. Introduction

Welcome to R Burbage Cleaning Services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

R Burbage Cleaning Services is a UK-based, family-run cleaning company providing professional cleaning solutions for both enterprise clients and private households across the Midlands.

2. Services

We provide a range of cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• New build cleaning (build cleans, re-cleans, sparkle cleans)
• Showhome and sales office cleaning
• Welfare and site cleaning
• Office and contract cleaning
• Driveway, patio, and pressure washing
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning
• End of tenancy cleaning
• Gutter and window cleaning

Service details, scope of work, and frequency will be agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are agreed in advance. For contract cleaning, invoices will be issued monthly unless otherwise agreed. For one-off services, payment is required on completion unless credit terms are agreed.

Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until accounts are settled.

4. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver services at the agreed times and dates. However, we reserve the right to reschedule due to staff availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any changes will be communicated to clients at the earliest opportunity.

5. Health & Safety

We operate in full compliance with UK health and safety regulations. All staff are trained and follow appropriate risk assessments. Clients must ensure safe access to premises and inform us of any known hazards.

6. Equipment and Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, R Burbage Cleaning Services provides all cleaning materials and equipment required to perform our services. Specialist chemicals or treatments may incur additional charges, agreed in advance.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care when delivering services. However, R Burbage Cleaning Services is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, stains, or defects
• Wear and tear caused by cleaning processes
• Failure to remove stains or marks that cannot be treated safely
• Loss of business or indirect damages

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding invoices remain payable
• Ongoing services will cease from the agreed termination date
• No refunds for services already completed

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
